Okay, so for everyone out there who thought I had died since I have been HORRIBLE at updating this thing... good news:  I'M ALIVE!!  haha

Life has been crazy these past few months.  In exactly 13 days, I will be walking at my college graduation.  (I never thought the day would come!)  It's an extremely weird experience.  School is all I've known for basically my whole life, and suddenly--it's over.  Now don't get me wrong, I'm ready for something else.  But there's a part of me that will miss all the craziness of the college life.  It's been a good journey, though.  I've learned amazing lessons, and I've met some incredible people along the way.  Life is not ending... just beginning on a new page.

The next milestone after the grad walk is my wedding on May 29th.  34 days, and I will MRS. Kate Kolb.  THAT is weird!  But GREAT!  We are staying in Lynchburg for the time being.  (never thought I'd hear myself say those words when I got here four years ago!)  We have a town house in Whitestone Village that is adorable.  Nathan is already working hard at a job that God provided for him, and I will hopefully be interviewing for some possible positions here in the VERY near future.  I know that My God shall supply all our needs.  It's just gonna be in HIS timing instead of mine.  That's a hard one to take sometimes . 

I'm getting really excited about what life has in store, though.  It's been fun taking this road, and I wouldn't have changed it for anything.  Some of the way has been ridden with potholes, but we've always made it through.  God is good...

So.... let the next chapter begin...

Okay, so in the words of my wonderful sis... it's time for a new posty!   Sorry it has been so long.  Life is crazy... it's flying by, and I don't  know what to think about that.  On one hand, I'm really excited... because that means I'm that much closer to graduation and the wedding.  On the other hand, I'm a little nervous, because there is ALOT to do between now and then!  Oh well... since time can't be controlled, I guess I'll just plug away at it... things will come when they come... regardless of my schedule.  How's that for a profound thought for the day? 

Well this has been a sad excuse for a post, but I must attend to that work I was talking about getting done.  Have a wonderful day! Take luck!

I am so blessed! I have so many people who care about me.  Let me just share a few examples:  This morning, I had the unfortunate task of waking up early and leaving campus by 8 AM to go teach a Pointe class.  It wouldn't have been too bad, except that I had to park in the PIT last night... yeah, not too cool when ya got get up early.  BUT, Never fear... My gallant Fiance got up and drove over to my dorm just to pick and drive me to my car so I wouldn't have to walk!!! Isn't that Amazing?!?!  He's my HERO.  (I love you, Nathan!)  Example #2:  Wednesday evening I wasn't feeling all that good, so I stayed at home during church and ended up falling asleep for two hours.  Well, Yesterday afternoon, my wonderful big bro called me---just to make sure I was feeling better....   Isn't that sweet?  Let me just take the time to say that I love all of my friends and family .  You are all such a blessing to me!  It's so nice to feel loved! 

(enter the change of subject) So, yesterday was officially the start of my weekend... ahh, I love this Tuesday/Thursday classes only thing.  Yep, that's right... no classes for me until Tuesday!  woo-hoo!  Tonight I have a hot date with my handsome fiance.... tomorrow I get to sleep in! yay!  then, tomorrow night I am going to an early dinner with my roomie and who knows what else.   So far, the weekend, is lookin good!    

WELL, I think that's about it for right now.  Sorry it hasn't been HUGELY entertaining.  I'll catch you gaters later!

OKay Okay, I know what you're thinking.... I'm the hugest BUM in the world (to shank the word from Jay).  I haven't updated this thing in forever!  Honestly, I don't feel like there's a whole lot of super interesting stuff going on right now! haha   I started classes last Thursday, and let me tell ya, I love this whole no class on Monday, Wednesday, or Fridays.  Yeah, this is the life!  

Let's see ... outside of class.... I put the final confirmation in for the invitations for Nathan and my wedding! yay! That was exciting!  Right now, though, I think I'm going to take a nap before my RA meeting tonight.  Then, I have a dinner date with my roomie! hehe

Nathan, don't get jealous... you know you're the only one for me!   (yeah, i can hear all of you Xangers now... "ewww.... how mushy!! that's so pathetic!"  Yeah, well, I don't care! haha  j/k)   Latah, skatahs

It's the day before classes start here in the Burg---oh wait! I don't have any classes tomorrow and don't have Convo responsibilities... hmmm no class dress for me!   Being an RA does have it's perks sometimes.  haha

It's been a pretty quiet two days around here... nothing spectacular has happened.  Girls are starting to arrive back on the hall, so the noise level has picked up quite a bit (aka:  screaming "HEY!! How are you???" at the top of their lungs)  But it's fun to be getting everyone back, too. 

Today, I have meetings from 1:30-3:30... not too bad... Then I don't know what I'll do the rest of the day.  

I'm looking at my syllabus for one class this semester.  It's going to be crazy! Oh well... ten credits... that's all that's left.

Well, that's about all for right now... I'll catch you Xangers latah!
